Apparently so. Just a bit concerning it all seems to be in seperate groups.

At least unlike Winter he actually is a "significant shareholder" and so can help to address the disconnect between Winter and the purse strings that played a major part in the January debacle.

Whether or not he is a Winter or a Pearlman only time will tell.
