What format is the video clip in, is it already digitalised or on tape?
 
For a 6 minute video, you can use iMovie. Easy enough to insert a song and mute the backing sound.

This was going to be my suggestion as well.

Darran, it’s a native app (or at least it was) on iOS. Plenty of tutorials out there re how to use it.
 
Back in the early 80s our wedding film (cine super 8) was put on a video tape by an old guy in Swansea. He put some nice instrumental orchestral stuff on it. As we walked out of the church a tune strikes up, very nice. Suddenly I started to recognise the tune and began singing along to it . . . . . . . "You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille, with 2 hungry children . . . " Well, you get the idea. 😂
