Anyone Else Have Trouble Opening Forums From Home Page On Android ?

When I click on the 3 bars the page moves but takes several attempts before forum option comes up.
Happens on my phone and tablet

Try now there was a jam of some kind in the cache - just tested it on my phone before and after seems to work now

I wonder if that was related - these are the ones that stick in the middle of the page when reading? (on phone)

Same issue on ios. A animation/transition happens. Possibly inherited style in CSS

Noticed that if I open PS website on Android, then wait for the pictures to load on the Home articles, then press forums, it works fine.
Hope this helps anyone else who may have encountered this issue
