• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Back on topic submitted the form last week, was told the money would be paid into my bank within 72 hours > it wasn't

Emailed club who said it was paid on the 10th Aug & it may take a few days> Still not showing in my account.

About time Anal Dogrich started posting again.

Keep hydrated,drink piss.

One of my mates back in the day, would drink a pint of piss on a night out for £20.

Most nights he'd do it 3 times, beer and curry paid for.

(will add he was an ex para and they do this for fun apparently)

It's called getting your own back.

Still waiting, requested a refund on the 7th August, that's a full week today, pretty poor
Anyone received anything?

Nope. Requested two refunds on 8th and no sign

Any news regarding this years season tickets because the first few games will have no crowds?

Applied for refund last Saturday and got confirmation e-mail same day, said it would take five working days to hit my account.

Here we are five working days later, no money.

I don't understand this process. I thought when we had the choices it was a simple matter of choosing a refund and then they would return the money back into an account. Where is this form/email people have spoken about?

Edit: I've just logged into my online account and can see there's a balance of £69.39 there, which I assume is the refund. Now, how do i get that back into my account?

Go to the ticketing section, click on my account, click on account management, then click on account cash back, it should then ask you for the bank account details that you wish the money to be paid into.
