• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Are people still confident of this?

It's going to be close if we carry on like this, make no mistake.

It's feeling a bit like the season we fell out of the Premier league, going along fine, then we fall apart and we deservedly get loss after loss.

Yes but we shouldn't really be in them as we will embarrass ourselves.

4 straight defeats, no goals scored, barely a shot on target in any of em, no confidence/shape/tactics.
Wer fcked.

Yes they all but are, unless we implode completely. We have 69 pts now after 36 games, we had 70 after 46 games last season.

Put it another way, Cardiff are 9th and they are highly unlikely to finish 6th now.

Narrator's voice: 'we have completely imploded'

We'll probably end up exactly where we were last year

The only difference is this year we'll be scrapping to stay in on the last day, as opposed to getting in.

Looking at this table, no.

Not quite I guess but with games against Wycombe, Derby, Sheffield Wednesday, Birmingham and Preston to come if we don’t make the top six it’ll be a worse collapse than Forest last season.

Very true.

Exactly this........lost bottle and gonna end in tears unless owners act now (and I’m not just talking about missing out on playoffs this season) !!!

I posted a few days ago that it felt like the end of the season under Sousa. We were going okay then got dicked by Blackpool, barely won a game for the rest of the season and they nicked our playoff place. Could easily see it happening again because at the moment I’ve got no idea where any goals are coming from.

Previous poster mentioned the word “imploded” back on the 17th of March, since then the team have lost 3 on the bounce and it’s 4 points out of 18. They aren’t playing well and Bournemouth are 4 behind having played the same number of games. Swans have Millwall next who are 4th in the current form table behind Watford, Norwich and Bournemouth who play Coventry 15th in the form league.

It’s going to be very close and Millwall isn’t going to be easy.

I don’t think it’ll be close at all if we carry on like this.
