• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

If we're not going to see a Leicester City style miracle winner, Arsenal would be the least objectionable winners of the PL this season for me. At least they haven't won it in ages and are marginally less irritating to me than Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea.

I have a fairly strong dislike for Arsenal and Arteta to be honest. I find them very ugly to watch and cynical. With a tendency to whine when their cynicism gets punished by refs. Arteta also comes across as delusional in some of his interviews.

I also think their obsession with corners, throws and set pieces has encouraged more direct play in the division in general. It's like Pulis football has made a comeback because of them.

Not a fan.

It would be nice to see Villa give it a go but if it comes down to Arsenal or Man City as I suspect it might, then Citeh can go fuck themselves.

To a degree. It's a tossup between slightly tedious Arteta football and very tedious Guardiola football. I never thought I'd find myself sympathising with the Scousers but at least Klopp's teams were fun to watch.

If nothing else an Arsenal win would be a bit of a change.

I'm ok with Arsenal winning the title with caution as I can remember how obnoxious they can get when they do finish top.

Well and the fact you’re massive Arsenal fan too of course.

I'm no Arsenal fan but I do love the fact they have found a way to win in many different ways. Just because they score goals from corners doesn't make them bad in other areas. I've seen players there score all kinds of goals. The corners just help in those difficult games.

I would welcome this at Swansea at the moment.

Yes, I would welcome us varying our sources of goals, for sure. But to score most of our goals from set pieces? Not so much.

Villa have just put a huge dent in their hopes. Amazing end to a game, and Villa fully worthy of the 2-1 win. Villa 2nd place for an hour or two, at least. Emery working wonders once again. To think we once had him in our sights for the manager's job.

It would be a dream season for Arsenal fans if they win the league and Spurs manage to get themselves relegated
They are now just 1 point off the drop zone after Forest and Wet Spam both picked up results yesterday

They only avoided the drop last season because the three teams that went down were absolute hospital cases
