As Crystal Palace and West Brom hover, will Cooper stay or is temptation too much

Odd article for the club to put out

Oddly the Swans Twitter page hasn’t posted anything about that article, where usually they will post a snippet of the article with the link to the full one.

I'm not reading too much in that article it just seems like a standard end of season comment and we have to put any disappointment behind us an go again next season.

Can’t bet on next Crystal Palace manager on Sky Bet now, had a tenner on Nuno the other night when Steve Parish basically teased it.

Cooper may end up at Brighton should Potter (favourite) join Everton.

Nuno to Palace
Wagner getting the WBA gig.

Looks like we are stuck with Cooper 😭

Doubt it. They'll go for a proper manager. These clubs are not stupid. They realise quite well the bloke is lower league fodder that has struck lucky with us. This was his big chance, with press myth behind him and some misplaced hype from people that clearly don't watch. After this, obscurity beckons, and as long as we are stuck with him, that's where we are headed too.

I hope not to hear people laughing at the scum's style from now on, as we are now worse. It's amazing how many people that always sneered at them now support the fraud because of results. By extension anyone who backs Cooper must welcome the approach of Colin. He plays better football and actually gets teams promoted, so better football and better results. Remember the scorn ladled on Col (by the same people that now think The Fraud has done a 'good job') when Colin got the scum promoted.

It's all a bit depressing.

I agree Mon, it seems that when it comes down to it, nobody wants him, he must have interviewed well in coming here, unless he was just cheap, maybe his style may change with a few different players, but I doubt it, can't see Fans being happy if the status quo remains on the field though.

I have been critised on here for my clear dislike of Blooper and his clueless brand of football and I hope he goes to Palace.

We could get the best manager in the world but with the lack of investment from the Yanks we will never progress.

I agree with one of the previous comments that with the fans back in the stadium he will get booed and abuse if he continues to play negative football.

I hope we keep Matt Grimes with a positive manager he could be great for us.

I can't wait to get back in the stadium and hopefully we can travel to away games again.

To be fair we won L1 and got promoted to the Premier League and stayed up by spending next to nothing.

But yeah the Yanks do need to invest a little more if they want us to go up which they clearly ain’t bothered about.
