We stream it to a puter from NOW tv, and connect it to the telly box using a HDMI cable. £10.

I bought a NowTV stick for £10 .. leave it attached to the TV. Pay for games not on Swans TV.
Also gives a route to Netflix, BBC, radio channels etc if you have accounts with them.
I don't waste money on Subscriptions tv.
