Sheen overacting in my opinion.

I enjoyed Sheen's documentary with Jennifer Saunders about a year last Xmas though.

If the man came up with that on the spot then I don't know what to say.

The cynic in me says that this was discussed in advance of the recording of the show and Michael had time to prepare something (possibly they had it on autocue for him). He's a great performer either way.

Prepared I'd say more than likely, but with his stage chops I don't think he'd need an autocue even if they had it up.

Bloody hell of course it was rehearsed! They probably had to take a couple of shoots, Sheen probably didn't even come up with it, but regardless, a brilliant motivational piece of footage, that we can all drink in and, play over and over again
