What’s the split between the fans? I know there’s a few Cardiff in Neath( strange as it’s only a few miles from us). Conversely I’ve heard of a few Caerphilly based Jacks. I’m guessing Port Talbot and Bridgend is more 50/50. Are the valleys mostly Cardiff?

You will never get the correct answer because those fans on either side who give a toss about it, will tell you the numbers in favour of the side they support. There are fans of both teams in all areas, is about as accurate as you'll get. You're probably better off asking this question on the other board, they love this sort of thing over there, and counting football shirts in places they visit, airshow, Royal Welsh etc etc :?

NJ, you're coming across as very cynical these days

The true middle ground is Port Talbot, where it is 50/50

Moving eastward from Bridgend, the numbers begin to favour them throughout the valleys, until you hit Newport.

They have no claim to any sizeable support any further West than Port Talbot

How is that cynical? It's true, there is absolutely no way of knowing how many fans are in all the various towns and villages. Just because a random Rhondda village has Abercwmflipflop Jacks on it, a stronghold it does not make.

We've got fans all over, so have they. And let's be honest, who actually cares about how many fans are from wherever anyway? It's schoolboy stuff innit.

Since moving Blackwood way, I'm surprised how many Swans tops etc. I see around here.

I’ve genuinely seen no Cardiff fans at all up here except my neighbour, and he’s never mentioned any others. I know another Jack so that’s 2-1. No arguments, no tears.

Cynical was the wrong word, I agree on who actually cares the more the better for me.

Just looked up Abercwmflipflop I couldn't find it have you got a postcode :D ;)

Been working up and around the areas around Blackwood, Nelson Hengoed, Bargoed, Ystrad Mynach Caerphilly etc for months and I don't remember seeing anyone wearing Footie shirts myself to be honest.
Seen folk wearing Rugby shirts mind, been working with a Blueturd though he's 30yrs younger than mean and has been questioning me on the swimaway incident and reckons he's never heard of a swans firm being recognised, I wouldn't comment on any of it, except to tell him to stop reading Anus's Jackanory stories.

Far enough to not know it exists! 🤣. I’m not a fisherperson. Is that by Redhill grange coming in on the road from Trellech? If so, I’m the full Neath away, plus a bit probably. We’ve just been looking to maybe move closer to the centre, but there’s a drugs issue in Monmouth and Abergavenny, even though the towns are attractive and I like a run around Chippy Fields.

Not sure to be honest Monny only been there the once, had an excellent days fishing there though, I fished ponds at Trellach as well, guy who owned the ponds kept Ostriches or similar, not sure if its still the same, it seemed a nice part of the World, disappointing to hear that there's a drug problem there though.
