• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Great, it’s been rearranged in April between their Bournemouth and Watford games so hopefully more chance of them dropping points !! Let’s get 3 points tomorrow and go above them with a game in hand still, put some pressure on 😀😀

COVID cancels their game with Rotherham.

So we're effectively going to play our 2 games in hand over Brentford before the end of next week; will be interesting to see where we stand when we play Luton away on Sat 13th March. They have Blackburn away on Friday 12th March and we play Blackburn on Tuesday, so hopefully we don't wear them out !

Well this is it. This is the chance. Two games to stick the boot into them. I have a feeling in my old bones that if we take this opportunity and are 5 points in front of them when they play again, it could actually end up as a punch that could deck them.

A shame we didn’t use the other two games ( Bristol and Hudds) to take advantage.

That's the potential flaw in the plan innit. We've been a bit iffy lately, so I'm not banking on points from those games in hand until we actually do win them.

That's the spirit...

Indeed, but we always had two games in reserve. By next weekend, no more ifs or buts, we need to be in front of them, preferably 5 points in front. I'd take 3...reluctantly...I'd take 1...kicking and screaming.

Watford kick off early tomorrow. so we'll know exactly where we are in the live table as we play.

Which club has the Covid issue? Brentford or the Millers?

Millers.

Brentford fans think its good because they have a couple of injury issues that could be OK when they play next.

This is it now. No more hiding behind these two games in hand. This is when we need to stand up and be counted. I hope the players are more confident going into these matches than I am.
