• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Any idea how this is selling? Thought it would have gone pretty quick once it went to general sale. Some were quick to slate Sheffield United for not selling their full allocation, yet it would be a bit embarrassing if we can't take 2,300 to Bristol

Loads left.

Disappointing that, although the 33 quid they are charging is a bit steep, I thought we would have taken a full house

Thought we would have sold out to be honest. Still could do but very doubtful.

Just shy of 2000 is my guess. Train times not the best at all.

Train times, coaches sold out and people not wanting to drive so they can have a pint is probably the factor, along with £33 and on Sky, people will save the hassle and go to the pub and watch it.

Haven’t recieved my ticket today ordered tickets on first sale

1640 sold according to builthy on other site.

That would make it 2,200 going then

I think we have given a load back personally.

Edit - nope apparently over 2100, cracking support must have sold loads today.

I also ordered tickets on first day but they haven't yet arrived! Due to work can't get down to ticket office daytime tomorrow either.

Where is every one meeting for a pre match slurp...I'm guessing wer down the harbour side?
