Certainly looks like an officer recognised him and decided to make the arrest for his/her own reasons. Maybe they wanted to talk about how they one arrested a celebrity, or they hate his politics, who knows?

All a bit pathetic really. Some celebrities would use their platform to attack the officer for their actions. It looks so far like Bruce is going to rise above it and good on him for doing so.
