• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Looking like Cardiff want to end the bubble trip restrictions next season. Apparently we and SWP are blocking the request..

Remove the bubble for our visit to their place (if they stay up) and see how it goes.

With the right planning and correct route back and forth to the ground it can been done.

Bubble needs to stay, would be carnage if lifted.

It's the sensible thing to keep the bubble.....highlighted by the fact that they want it dropped and SWP and Swansea want it to remain.

Their a brainless lot.

They allow near on two thousand Swansea fans to march through the streets of Bristol every other season without any bother worth reporting.

The bubble is a thing of the past if controlled correctly. The police are probably against it because it would mean they'd have to actually earn their crust on the day rather than stand around with their thumbs up their arses earning a decent wedge.

Us and them are a different animal.

We don't want to give the UK media any ammunition to feed on. Taking the bubble away gives bigger pockets of oppositions to filter into areas outside the ground to create huge issues.
If the bubble gets taken away then I certainly won't be going to the game with my son. I wouldn't want him to get caught up in something that would be beyond a level he has ever seen and there certainly would be a high chance of that happening.

Much bigger games on through the UK and the world which are managed correctly. The animosity amongst supporters is only encouraged by this bubble nonsense.

Take the bubble away and allow people to make their own minds up if they want to attend or not. It certainly wouldn't stop me from going.

It's time to move on and get those responsible for treating fans like animals to actually start earning their cash.

Fans have been treated like animals because they have acted like animals.
Being a Welsh club in the English leagues doesn't help and we need to keep our noses clean.

I can guarantee if the bubble gets lifted then there weill certainly be trouble and it will be quite nasty.

Stop being so dramatic FFS.

Lot more fierce rivalries all over the country go on every season without bother.

Time to move on and leave this outdated mindset where it belongs, in the past.

Just depends on whether the older generation who probably should know better still indulge in football related violence if given half chance.

The younger generation would would posture and have tik tok battles online.
