Burnley want Bellamy

The article mentions they'll look at Barry-Murphy. That would be a great choice, taking the wind out of Cardiff's promotion sails immediately.

What's hilarious is the the BBC set up a poll to vote who fans think should get the job and Barry-Murphy isn't listed, but Russell Martin is! The profile of Martin says 'he likes to play a more attacking style', suggesting the writer has never watched a team of his play.

Got to be honest, if he leaves Wales, I think he can do better than Burnley

Always liked Bellamy and would have had him here but - heard him being interviewed after the play off game and he sounded like a right cheesy David Brent git.

Can't be as bad as the interview Ryan Giggs had with us

I wouldn't be too upset if Bellamy left his Wales role for a league job.
I think the Wales job would be a superb opportunity for many a coach and we would have plenty of good people throwing their name in.

He's certainly not proved he would be any good at top championship level. Burnley is his absolute current ceiling imo. Why would anyone think he's 'better'. He'd take that like a shot, as they'll be one of the best squads next year.
