Buying glasses online

Slightly off at a tangent, when you have your eyes tested by an optician it’s well worth getting the retinal photography done even if it costs a bit more.
It can detect all sorts of medical issues (not only with your eyes) long before they become apparent through symptoms. It’s an early warning system for your general health.
Got it for the first time a month ago £10

Worth it to have a deeper check done

Never even thought of that 👍.
It's worth going to Asda, just to talk to someone face to face rather than using the internet. If you don't like their prices you can just wander off and do your shopping instead.

Or get a better pair of specs ;)
I wear shop bought Clivey, I got two pair of prescription glasses here, but they'd get ruined in work, only really need them for close up work and reading etc, but I find that I'm using them more and more,

Don't rule out Asda superstores that have opticians. I was pleasantly surprised how much cheaper they were compared with my regular optician.
Asda are excellent always got mine from there. I need varifocals as I'm as blind as a bat and they are great value and quality
