• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Anyone know how to buy the offer for 1 adult and 1 child on the site, someone I know wants to take his two sons both under 14 next season but when trying to buy tickets it only lets him choose an adult and says he needs to link his two boys, surely they don't all need to make an account with different email addresses?

Sounds like they may need to create separate accounts for each season ticket. Bit of backwards way of doing things when it's relating to taking your kids.

Might be worth either ringing or emailing the ticket office. I've always found them pretty helpful on the odd occasion I've had to contact them.

Yeah I was thinking that, bit silly expecting someone under 14 to have an email address to set up an account.

Also think it maybe a third party platform which hosts on behalf of the club.

The ticket offie maybe the best bet, at least they'll get to speak with a human.

I had to do it last week mate. Ring the ticket office and you need to add your child on to your network so you can assign them a season ticket. You don’t need to create them a email or separate account they get added to your family network. When buying jack army membership or home/away tickets you can assign each ticket to each member. Including season tickets. I just signed up for the £350 offer for me and my boy in the south stand

Cheers, I'll let them know, think they would make it more simple though lol

I think it’s to prevent people buying a U14 season ticket for your mate as every person needs to be accounted for with their date of birth. That’s my guess.

Yeah, but same thing would happen over the phone, or even in person, would they demand to see their birth certificate. Just seems silly offering it online, letting you pick the option then not even telling you each child needs a separate account.
