2 in the Swansea area I know of, one is on a Saturday in the car park at Mecca bingo Cwmdu, https://www.facebook.com/tyfforesthouse.swansea

And the other is the high street car park next to the train station. That is on a Sunday.

Never been to the mecca one, but judging by some of the comments I've read, doesn't sound too clever. The high street one is alright, pretty grim location but it does get busy there, if you decide to go there make sure you book, and also even if you book get there early otherwise if it's busy your space gets nabbed.

I did one a few year back at the high street, never forget this one particular woman, was selling curtains for 7 pound, she said i'll give you 5, ok then. She only then goes and puts them on her stall opoosite for a tenner.

She may well have. :D

The funny thing is, it seems some people are making a good living out of just re selling stuff, the ones I have saw, just trek round boot sales, charity shops, and jumble sales, buy the items then flog them on ebay. It sounds so easy.

A few years back I watched a video of some bloke who decided to trade up on eBay. He got pretty far buying and selling tat but the part that got me was he started by selling a piece of manky rope he found on Brighton Beach. By artfully photographing it he sold it for enough cash to move on. Amazing what some folk will buy

I’ve had a couple of nice Beatles items off Fat Fingers.
It’s a site that pulls out spelling mistakes.
I had a Washington pottery 1960’s plate for a fiver because someone had put it as Beatle’s with an apostrophe instead of Beatles.
Like this here.

It is truly amazing, that vid I put up it's Nic and Andrea Hills, Nic is an ex policeman, and he seems pretty honest in the vids he puts up, but for the life of me, I can't understand how him and his missis, get so lucky in finding stuff like they do.

I haven't been in charity shops for years, and when I did go in, it seemed nothing of any real value, yet cue Nic and Andrea, they are like thank you very much, I can make xx amount here. Ha ha, I guess it's just the ability to have an eye for such stuff.
