• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I can’t see Cardiff getting more than 4 more points this season

- Sheff Utd - L
- Oxford - W
- West Brom - L
- Norwich - D

I’m not convinced they’ll beat Oxford tho.

Sheff Utd have been in shitty form lately, but hopefully Cardiff will face the backlash. Not only a defeat, but an angry, SU only stop scoring goals because they're knackered type thrashing.

Would do wonders for their morale.

This is my prediction too

It would be handy if Burnley lose at Watford earlier, as Leeds play even later. The way things are shaping up SU may not have much incentive to win (like Sunderland against us). Combine that with no confidence from a bad run, and the facts that Scumbo are fighting for their lives and SU really aren’t that good, and you have the makings of more spawny cockroachery.

I think they’ll get a draw and get 5 points from their last 4 games. So the others need to outperform that to nail them. On the other hand, lose on Friday and Derby win and the pressure may well pop them. I still think they’ll survive, because it’s what they do. They get their luck when they are on the ropes.

Do you genuinely think they're capable? They are destitute!

I think this time they’re genuinely stuffed.

Their problem is that Derby play Luton, Hull and Stoke and Hull also play Portsmouth.
Someone has to get points from those games which puts Cardiff under even more pressure.

I don’t know, but I’ve thought they were done for too many times. Even recently, like that last second goal at Preston. They should be well adrift at the bottom now, but they aren’t.
Mon, you are brilliant pal honestly.
When they dissappear in a few weeks will you be waiting on an appeal from them of some sort ?

I honestly have given up predicting what's going to happen. This league is mental. Would anyone have us in 12th a month ago?

Wouldn't be surprised if Cardiff win 2 nil at Sheffield United. Wouldn't be surprised if we now go on a 5 game winless streak.
