They’ve convinced themselves they have pulled off a real coup by finding the ex Rochdale failed manager, the only one that was interested in them. What could possibly go wrong?

4th choice wasn't he?

Hasn't stopped fat tomato claiming it was the right choice

Paul Clement was a highly rated coach (he's still Ancelotti's go-to guy. Currently assistant boss with Brazil) but was never much of a manager. Cardiff seem to be putting a hell of a lot of faith in BBM to be different despite the evidence to the contrary so far.

I was wondering what Clement was up to the other day, funnily enough.

Very highly-rated coach, as you say. Didn't have much of personality though - probably didn't help in management.

Huge mistake was the PE teacher.

Dazzler wanted him for years.

Should have gone first Gustavo Poyet at the time.

To be fair Brendan was like our 6th choice, buttttt their fans seriously think they’ll win the league is a good laugh 🤣

He certainly didn't leave voluntarily. Their new manager seems to have a ruthless streak that could be good for them.

Depends if it's him or the club's accountant making the calls. Their income will be slashed in League One and they've got a lot of highly paid mediocrity on their books. They need to shift all the higher earners they can whether they'd prefer to keep them or not.

The fun will start when the few saleable assets they have start attracting offers.

Sheffield Wednesday v Swansea City🦢
