• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Lol. "cheers vincent"

edit - right decision by the way

Again?

When are they going to be punished properly for all their crap?

As lucky as they were to survive this year, barring a managerial miracle they have to be considered amongst the favourites to struggle next season too.

I heard a rumour that Reading are going to successfully overturn their 6 point deduction

Good rumour to spread, for shewer.

Haha have they even appealed?

So any players they sell next season they will have to replace with frees?

A quick search tells me that 7 players are out of contract in June!

I think Reading were in the same boat this season and while they started well, have been overwhelmed in the end.

Surely Reading have grounds to appeal? Can’t be one rule for one, another rule for another.
Cardiff potentially, should have points deducted too.

If there are grounds why have Reading not appealed already?

I don’t think there are grounds for appeal. The club have failed to deliver on business plan commitments made at the time of their last points penalty.

If there are other clubs worthy of a points penalty then that’s a different story, but Reading won’t be getting their six points back.

Well, because the rumour has only just been started. They can't appeal pre-rumour. Not allowed.

I strongly urge people to stop spoiling my rumour :D
