Cardiff whinge to the police and FA over "swim away"

Do you get a trophy or something for being a “bigger club” or is it just some imaginary yardstick which inferior teams’ supporters use in a pathetic attempt to make themselves feel better?

We have finished above them in nine of the last eleven seasons. That’s tangible evidence that for over a decade we’ve been better than them where it matters.

Deep, deep down they know it and they’ve run out of straws to clutch. They’re utterly pathetic.

There’s like a 25 minute mini doc on YouTube on the “league of 72” channel about the derby, I won’t go in to too much detail, but they didn’t half find some plonkers to represent them lot. one fan in particular may be the most deluded person I’ve ever seen. Was a good watch though and showed us putting 3 past them right at the end just to show everyone who really are the best team in Wales.

Do they actually believe the s**t they say?

Erm, yes they do 🤷‍♂️ I am currently arguing with 4 or 5 on twitter, you wouldn't believe what they say...deluded isn't a strong enough word tbh.

Yes. They are up for Concourse of the Year in the annual awards in 'Stadium Weekly'.

Had a look at their site earlier and theyre not happy members of the Management team and players did it, so it seems ok for them and not others to goad fans! short fecking memories unless it involves 1927 huh?

Read the account, and spot Sam....... https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/what-ayatollah-cardiff-city-fans-11717867

So when some of our younger followers stick arm bands on for the derby, will they be arrested for inciting a riot ?

Apparently, no matter what we do, what we win, or how long we’ve been in the premier league, we’ll never be bigger than them? Where do they get this s**t from? 🤣

He rolled out the majority of their tired old criteria for why they're the 'bigger' club:

- Bigger city - nothing to do with the football clubs
- Capital city - see above
- Bigger stadium - the last thing they cling to. Their stadium holds almost 3 times as many as Bournemouth's, but if you surveyed fans across Britain the vast majority would probably point to Bournemouth as the bigger club.

He didn't bring up the FA Cup win or he'd have completed his bingo card for Cardiff cliches. Listed all our recent achievements only to say they're still the 'bigger' club, while offering nothing to support that belief.

I enjoyed how so many of the Cardiff interviewees (including one alleged professional journalist) would only say that Cardiff as a city 'allegedly' gets more investment. Too embarrassed to just acknowledge it as fact for some reason.

Good watch though, so thanks for that.

Another thing for the Cardiff cliches is him going on about how the derby is a much bigger deal for us, how we're clearly jealous and it's all out of envy etc. Then proceeds to talk about Swansea City non stop, and describes how them beating us in 2010 was one of the best moments of his life

The thick fucks up the road need to worry about other things like the Emiliano Sala situation. That's not going away any time soon.

Emiliano Sala

Is there a fund Swans fans could contribute to, to help his family or the legal battle ? Or has this already been done . I would contribute £10 if it helped convince Cardiff to pay 15 million , which helps his family.
