Swap Lowe for Ayew?

No thanks, I know he scored a great goal against Bristol, but his overall game is pretty poor.

He always looks lethargic to me?

FJ, hes looked off and one paced the last couple of games, the way he was yesterday with the ref didn't do us any favours either. I agree Lowe wasnt much better but the service has been slow and predictable and we need some pace. Dhanda and Garrick with Cullen should also start getting some time as well IMHO.

Anyway Bennet seemed to fit in better yesterday and defence looked organised, transitioning through the lines needs to be quicker. Still cant believe we drew.

No need to panic just yet. We have Palmer and Manning itching to start however a very decent show under El Capitan at Bristol City and no injuries other than Whitey might mean our leader Steve Cooper will start with the same team.

I don't think its a case of panicking but any club at this level should be utilising a squad especially when we have played 3 games in 8 days. (and that is without remembering we have just 2 points from those 3 games!)

To freshen the team up and make us more attacking I would make the following changes:
Manning for Bidwell
Naughton for Roberts
Palmer for Grimes
Gykoeres for Lowe

Whatever team cooper picks I hope they are prepared for a battle as stoke are a proper tough championship team.

And to get Roberts to wind that cunt of a man McLean up and get him sent off.

If i was Cooper i would be getting everyone winding McLean up from the off. Call him all sorts.
He wouldnt last long.

Give Cullen a few starts

This has to happen

I am amazed given that Cooper is all for giving youngsters a chance that this hasn't happened yet

He's not played for England and sung God Save the Queen from the age of 9. You should know that's Steve's criteria for picking players

Steve Cooper is weighing up changes to his Swansea City side as the relentless fixture schedule continues with Tuesday’s meeting with Stoke City.

The clash with the Potters is the fourth game in a sequence that sees the Swans play seven games in just 22 games.

Head coach Cooper’s selection has been consistent over the opening weeks of the season but - given the sheer weight of games - he acknowledges there will be a need to rotate and give different players a chance to impress in the matches ahead.

"It will be sooner rather than later,” said Cooper when asked if he would make changes against the Potter.

"It didn't really come too much into the thinking for the Bristol City game because there was an extra day of rest.

"But going into a Saturday-Tuesday, I certainly think that you really need to monitor the physical and mental status of the players.

"We've got players who are not on the pitch at the moment who are ready to go, and we need to utilise that."
