Changes need to be made for Cardiff clash

They need to play through fatigue apparently.

I'm not saying he should start. I'm saying I'd be surprised if he didn't.

Id be surprised if he did.

Lowe is a workhorse. Coops needs to tell him that he’ll only be playing first half and he should go out and enjoy himself. Bring on Whittaker for second half.

I think that would be disastrous. Should be the other way around, at best.

Lowe needs a couple of weeks off imho, for a variety of reasons.

A penis reduction? ...

Lowe will start. Ayew will start and finish (every game until the bitter end). Whittaker will not get off the bench unless we are two down or one down with a short time to go. Hourihane will start. Changes will be Cabango or Guehi if fit for Lati, and Biddy for Manning.

What might those be then?

How would you line up with Ayew and Hourihane on the bench Monny?

He looks knackered for a start. Then there's the mental side - is he used to this type of sustained pressure or responsibility? Then there's the ego side. Since his football focus thingy he's underperformed in my view. So, maybe he needs to be stood down for those reasons.

Hopefully that answers your question.

Edit: ps I haven't seen any evidence of Lowe as a "workhorse" .

Cooper may surprise us, but most people would be able to predict at least nine of the starting lineup.

I'd be very, very surprised if Whittaker starts.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Sir Wayne Routledge did.

Cooper.

There was a very nice feature of him on FF just before Christmas, when Lowe was in his purple patch. I'm sure you can find the link.

Agree with all of that except Fulton for Hourihane. Fulton gives away too many free-kicks that cost us territory and possession.

Hourihane gives away sloppy passes so it balances out, I’d go with Fulton for this one.

Hourihane will start, I just can't see him not starting, not that I'm impressed with him as I was expecting much more from him to be honest, I think he slows us down and we struggle to fit him into our game, but he carries a goal threat.
Fulton good player been great this season, but always got a card in him and him getting a red is a big concern for Saturday.
