Looks like Govt statement says that club will receive TV income, and be able to sell food and drink, just not merchandise or matchday tickets.

You'd have thought it would have been very simple to put any future ticket sales etc into a stand alone bank account, that could not be accessed without approval

The reasons for the charity offer won't be in play if and when things get back to normal and his assets are unfrozen , could be a long time before that happens
