I’ve never had Swans TV, but appreciate the problems, as it’s been mentioned on here countless times.
But as far as contacting the main office, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Such as wanting to change my season ticket seat, to the South family stand.
When I’d chosen where to sit with my family, I emailed them with the seat number, row ect, and they would reimburse me the cost, back into my bank account.
I’ve also had a couple of other issues, which were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
But the Swans TV issues does look particularly amateurish, plus the running of the Riverside bar area is a joke.
