Its what happens when you have jobs for the boys! Its not like there's many media professionals living in the area.... oh... wait...
Ironically I worked in the film and TV industry for 10 years and now work in marketing. So it's even Fustrating how incompetent they are at doing the basics.
 
I’ve never had Swans TV, but appreciate the problems, as it’s been mentioned on here countless times.
But as far as contacting the main office, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Such as wanting to change my season ticket seat, to the South family stand.
When I’d chosen where to sit with my family, I emailed them with the seat number, row ect, and they would reimburse me the cost, back into my bank account.
I’ve also had a couple of other issues, which were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
But the Swans TV issues does look particularly amateurish, plus the running of the Riverside bar area is a joke.
 
Agree it's shit; Saturday's audio lag meant I heard the goals before getting to see them. Also notice how other clubs have a co-commentator whereas we just have poor old what's-his-name on his tod (although this is definitely preferable to Wyndham shrieking and talking nonsense) .
Fair play SwansTV is a million times better as a two-hander with Robbo alongside Ant. More of this please SwansTV!
