But as a director....

'Following previous investment'

What previous investment?

F*ck f*ck f*ck

Genuinely believed he’d be with Morris. It’s investing into the LLC again isn’t it.

It's all (besides Morris in fairness) one bug fuckin con.

'SIzeable investment into the club' - my arse.

Bbc says he invested last season. Mentions Morris' percentage but not Cravatt or Colemans.

And we know why.

Because its 0%.

No investment has been made into the club apart from Morris for £10m.

No change at LLC level of ownership that results in excess of 10% beneficial holding in the club unless the club hasn’t updated website.

The Trust should really be issuing statements to clarify this nonsense that is coming out from the club.

Well it won’t be 0% will it. They’ve obviously invested in the LLC at a level lower than would give them 10% beneficial ownership in the club.

I have no idea why anyone is remotely surprised.

Was he part of the CLN then? That extra unnamed handful of million?

Not quite the vast fortune some were expecting.

Trust statement makes sense.

Full breakdown of investment will be disclosed after the window shuts.

No, he wasn’t.
He will have just bought out some shares in the LLC from someone or diluted the LLC - same as Coleman.

Edited to add - possibly of course via this new Albermarle thing which may be a new holding company.

What have they said?

Because what you’ve just said makes the opposite of sense…

I guess there was a bit of sarcasm in the post.

As in

It would make sense IF the Trust made a statement.

Also no chance before the transfer window closes

Oh ok. Thanks. I thought maybe they’d sent something (as I’m not a member now I don’t get them).

Can’t work out the link to the transfer window - bizarrely (that’s sarcastic) the companies act doesn’t treat that as a valid exemption from fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities…

I've long since been a member as well.

I just took the post as even if we had a Trust announcement it would be no detail due to confidentiality etc.
