• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Darren O'Dea on Bristol City | Press Conference

That was quite a tough watch, he is in an impossible position knowing he may be unemployed any hour now.

"I don't worry about performance"

He's a proper throbber isnt he
'"I don't worry about performance, only winning'
Seems fair enough, he wont be there long, the new fella can sort out the champagne football for ew.😁👍

Maybe there wasn't a rift between Sheehan and O Dea. He sounds super gutted. God, I hope we don't see the same style tomorrow. I can't see him staying once Matos has been appointed. Sounds like he has plans to go and coach.

Bright man ,very thoughtful answers, having to comment in an adult and honest way, despite his probably angry personal feeling. Virtually an impossible position.

That's not a good watch.
Don't worry about performance 🙈 tells you a lot but unfortunately winning and performances for the majority of the time go hand in hand.

Not really a good thing to say given the amount of wins since he arrived. I think anyone with any sense could see that was a bit of an awkward one for him and he didn't really help himself regards the only winning thing.

Yes he handled it very well considering the constant line of questioning.
Do interviewers ever stop to think that they are talking about someone's livelihood and affect on family life. It's very personal and constantly pushing for a snippet of news.

I thought he was talking specifically about the win tomorrow
Result over.performance comes first then work starts on improvement in performance, with or without him.

Wrong starting XI, wrong subs, wrong shape. Let’s not dwell on it as there is no room for him alongside Vitor and his incoming backroom team.
