• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Honestly, I thought I could moan but some of you take the biscuit, it’s marketed as a premium product and the price reflects that, suppose you could always opt for some LT10 merchandise instead.

Don't worry, you're still in a league of your own when it comes to moaning about the team, no-one's taking your crown. ;)

Jerry Yates was marketed as a goal scorer, but it doesn’t mean he was.

Gylfi wore 400 quid high quality t shirts.

Are these good quality or just a logo?

I suspect quite a few people balking at paying £90 for what seems to be a fairly decent quality hoodie were falling over themselves to pay £40+ for a polyester replica shirt when they came out.

The Deathrow label is going to be and was always going to hit a lesser target of fans as opposed to the replica shirts and even more so at the price, proven by the fact that the hoodies sold out in just over 2 hrs!

The club need to be applauded with the venture. The marketing has been quiet and discreet but done subtly enough to get in people's heads......Sheehan having the hoodie as a staple part of his clothing during interviews and matchday.

It's not like their normal Joma range, it's another level in expense and hopefully if marketed and stocked(which is already clearly the case)correctly will bring in another revenue that will help us as a club move forward.
You won't see this range reduced massively or even at all come the end of the season.

Anyone know when the hoodies are going to be back in stock? Last time I was in Swansea the staff in the club shop said they were expecting them in time for Christmas. Didn't say which Christmas though.
