• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

The Trust’s evasiveness on this issue from the time it was raised makes this no surprise at all.

Well, I’m irked.

Think Lisa’s being too kind in opening up the possibility that today’s tweet is incorrect.

Dalton & your band of self righteous, gutless Sellouts your silence is deafening ….

It is now seemingly nailed on that the trust is very very stupid or very very corrupt. I have my opinion as will everyone else.

Nothing on companies house, but club site has now been updated to say:

Andy Coleman, Stephen Kaplan & Jason Levien (via Swansea Football LLC) - 69.32%

Nigel Morris – 16.13%

Swansea City Supporters Society Ltd – 10.67% (including its protected 5.00% ownership position)

What’s interesting is that Silverstein has now disappeared…

Just part of the LLC, he hasn’t gone anywhere.

Morris getting his shares diluted. Would he have been privy to this when originally putting money in?

Nah, he was named before (in the same way as Kaplan and Levien).

Must have surely. The rumours of investment from multiple parties started a while ago (this has confirmed at least that Coleman is part of the K&P faction), whether he knee there'd be a delay in the others joining officially, who knows. But he must surely have known what his % would end up at once all the money is officially in the club.

When the Morris investment announcement was made by the club Wasn't there a comment about Silverstein dropping back to just the LLC in that?

As I said, it said previously Levien, Silverstein, Kaplan via Swansea Football LLC. And Morris separately.

If Silverstein isn’t mentioned, it means he does not have a holding equivalent to 10% beneficial ownership in the club anymore.
