Digital Season Ticket

I've changed my seat, I've got the plastic season ticket but not the one on the Swans app anyone in same situation

I had this in an email from the club on Tuesday:

Please note: Supporters who use the Swans App for their season tickets are advised that our app partner is currently updating their records and we expect to have all the new season tickets uploaded to the app within 48 hours of our first home fixture against Birmingham City. Supporters are also advised that their physical cards will work in the meantime.

Mine has appeared in the Swans app today.

It won't let me add it to my apple wallet though for some reason.

Reset the app and all works fine now. Roll on Saturday!

You can take a photo of your season ticket card with your mobile, it works, I've tried it multiple times

Dud you solve this? I've git android and it doesn't appear that you can add it to Google wallet
