It won’t happen*, but one after a loss would probably be more informative of the real mettle of the man and the team. It’s easy to praise people after a win. Morale takes care of itself when the team is winning. The tactics and patterns that he needs to develop will have more impact other than very short term. It’s still good to see, but I wouldn’t get too carried away with the love goggles.
