What stands out to me is his man management. You could see that he wants more from Idah, but words it right so that it's praising him but also highlighting in a positive way that he needs to keep going and closing down. If it was me I would be ripping into him. But I would of lost the dressing room . He knows how to praise at right time. He was mentioned before he was announced to be a very good people person and communication with what he wants is top.
