Just echoing what's been said already.

Game very accurately summed up where we are at the moment. Going to be a very interesting summer to see what we try to achieve by keeping who we want and getting in who we need.

I think we may be fortunate to keep Piroe for another season, I thought that he may not be ready physically to lead the line for PL team and be expected to hit the ground running. He is however, becoming increasingly good in that no.10 role, and I think we could be more worried about a team from abroad coming in for him.

Downes is the other one. He is ready for the PL now and he is the one I'm most worried about losing in the summer.

If we keep those two and get who we want into defence and out wide then we'll have some fun.

Agree.
Think the owners need to hold their nerve, back Martin with the extra players he needs and keep Piroe, Obafemi and Downes, plus sign Christie, and we will have an exciting season starting July

100% agree with all of that.

The only saving grace is that most clubs in the top half of the championship are only there because they each have a couple of players who are a cut above, not just us. For example, a lot of Prem clubs will be looking at Brennan Johnson and if an offer is big enough, Forest may struggle to hang onto him even if they get promoted. Strikers always attract attention so Brereton-Diaz may be another on the radars of several clubs and not everyone will get snapped up. Hopefully we're no longer in the situation where the club had to sell McBurnie, James, Rodon & Roberts and they can see more potential of an upward trajectory if they hang onto our assets.

My bet is we will sell anyone we get a reasonable offer for. I get the imperatives of the finances IF we get top dollar early. I'm not confident. It could be a quite traumatic time.

First half was great, second half wasn't.

I like winning i do.

Totally agree, I left there obviously a bit dissappinted but we all said what a game. The substitutions said it all really about the gap between the sides. Yes we have a lot to learn but that first 60 minutes were fantastic.

The game changed when Cabango went off injured and Moore had a field day against Manning, Naughton etc.The biggest problem was tiredness in the end, we had nothing on the bench and the desperation of Bournemouth was quite funny on times. Ironically smashing the ball 30 yards was our downfall as we just handed the ball back to them for wave after wave of attack.

As for some of our fans last night you just have to laugh. There's a few sat by us "disgrace" "Useless" abusing individual players and it gets to the point even when Fisher made some good saves they cant clap him. I understand it does happen but it has always infuriated me about personal abuse towards players. We could be 4 nil up and some people around me would still moan. I honestly don't get why they spend so much money or get so angry.

They've always been around. When we were running away with League 1 playing brilliant football, there were those who spent all their time complaining that De Vries wasn't good enough, Gower was crap because he didn't score, Scotland was lazy because he didn't run about enough...

In more recent times, the likes of Routledge and Naughton even after 200+ games for the team, were still described as useless and donkeys by some fans every game.

Like you, I struggle to see why they bother spending their time and money on following the team when they seem to spend so much time being angry. A bit like those demanding we sack the manager after only achieving a draw against a team in 2nd place in the table.

Never forget Scott Sinclair who was chastised for scoring so many penalties - remember that era when penalties never counted as goals!

Me and Daz have often disagreed.
However all he said was he enjoyed the game, considering there was nothing on it for us ( and quite possibly expected to lose to a side reputed to be a great footballing side )
Think you are being a bit harsh on him ... this time.
