Sorry to bring politics into this but we can thank bungling boris for this, if the bumbling fuckwit had stopped flights from India we would have been able to go to Amsterdam.

I’ve had a look at The Netherlands safe countries list and Denmark isn’t on it either so maybe they won’t be allowed.

Really frustrating that we’ve got a fair chance of getting to a quarter final and if we make it we have to go back to fucking Baku. Was really hoping I’d be able to get to at least one game in this tournament.

I might have this wrong, but I don’t think Denmark are on NL’s red list whereas we are. So that may have an impact.

It’s difficult to understand clearly.

Wales and Denmark fans will be unable to travel to Amsterdam for their Euro 2020 match in the Netherlands. Wales' health minister, Eluned Morgan, said police in Amsterdam had said they would not be "letting Welsh fans into the country."1 hour ago bbc.

Obviously Covid has made things massively more complicated, but I think this tournament with no host country would have been a nightmare for fans regardless. Thankfully Euro 2024 will be hosted by Germany and hopefully this is a one-time only experiment.

Experiment, by who?

UEFA I guess? Although I prefer DJack's answer.

Can't you get to Wembley for the final? What surprises me is that England play 7 of their 8 games at home and still aren't the favourites.

Two days ago we thought that we might finish 3rd and have to play Belgium, so playing Denmark instead is a plus, and I'm happy with that. Our sneaky plan of getting to the Final by avoiding all the best teams may not have completely worked out but we still have a very good chance.

The Germans, they got form for that stuff.

Are there 'hard' borders between European countries these days ?
