• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Hopefully its not a long one for Roberts he is key to our attacking play. It was a shocking pass to him however.
Quite why Mepham let Dolsberg onto his right foot to cut in is anyone's guess.

We looked very good for the first 10-15 mins but kind of lost the plot after that. Serious rethink needed at half time.

We look like a couple of aging stars, some inexperienced youngsters and a bunch of journeymen pros who have never met each other before this evening.

Which is essentially what we are. And punching well above our weight by appearing in the last 16 of the European Championship.

We'll soon see what tactical nous Page has got because a change is definitely needed and not just in terms of personnel.

We looked shyt against the Swiss until we scored. Cmon Heffer. Do something useful before your suspension.

Indeed we are. It’s still amazing that Scotland has never got out of the group at a major tournament and Wales has never failed to get out of the group.

Seriously? 🤣

I just hope Bale and Ramsey can sort something out.

Yes, I mean we'll see if he's got any! What do you think I meant? 🙄

If we're going out, I hope we'll go down giving it a go. It's abject at the moment. Get Dan James into the game FFS.

We are actually giving it a go. We have just been out thought and out played after the first 15 minutes and don’t know what to do about it. It’s an understandable loss of composure by players up against a more skilful team. They need to try and regain that composure when they have the ball and believe they can find space and look for it.

It’s not over yet, but the writing’s on the fat lady if this carries on.

I know. I was just using your post to be obvious. If we’re relying on ‘pagey’ we are done.
