Croatia have only won 2 out of 9 games coming into this I think they said earlier, and it showed

I agree, it's a very weak group and they should walk it. I wasn't particularly impressed with them today though, despite the gushing of the BBC pundits. Once they come up against the top teams, I expect to see their limitations exposed.

I‘m not sure what would give me the most satisfaction. Scotland beating England or England getting to the final and losing to France.

Netherlands showed how to play three in defence with wing backs to entertain and attack.

Well the Dutch certainly are entertaining to watch

You get the feeling they could win, or lose any game

Likewise it feels like De Boer is never more than one game away from the axe

Going back to the Eriksen thing, it's amazing that professional matches (especially the 'elite' games and tournaments) don't have screens to put around a player in that situation. Granted it would seldomly be used, but having thousands of people (millions on TV if the director is focused on it) watching CPR being administered doesn't sit right with me. In motorsport, for example, you'd have a team of people around the patient with (at the very least) some form of screen/sheet to hold between them.

The Scots are up next, they're a bit of a bogey side for the Czechs.. I think Scotland will qualify as the 3rd place team IMO

Except they were exposed time and time again on the counter attack - especially in the first half. Like the chaps in the studio said, their defence was a shambles. Entertaining though, I'll give you that. No coach in their right mind is going to want to play like that because more often than not, against decent opposition, you'll lose.
