I think they are toast. Their run in is a horror show from their point of view; definitely going to have to pull some rabbits out of hats (and the magician's behind for that matter)

Aren't they one of the longest serving or never been relegated crowd? They have enough in the team to finish above Leeds, Beesford and Burnley. Narch and Watty already gone imo.

Yes they are, incredible really. But I'm just looking at it from their point of view, there's only one or two games where I think they'll win given the shambles they are at the minute, one of them is against Brentford and that's the penultimate game of the season, they could already be fecked by then!

Here are their remaining fixtures:
Wolves H
Newcastle H
West Ham A
Man Utd H
Liverpool A
Chelsea H
Leicester A
Brentford H
Arsenal A
TBC Palace H
TBC Leicester H
TBC Burnley A
TBC Watford A

Next 3 games are popcorn central :D

You're not wrong, that's a hell of a run of fixtures. Newcastle's recent improvement won't help them. Probably the games they'll be most hopeful of 3 points will be Leicester, Brentford and of course, Man Utd. :D

Shame they are not playing Burnley again. They'll get the three wins and a draw that will save them somehow. Unless they get into a panicking death spiral like we did under Carvahal by not trying to win no matter what.

I just saw on Sky Sports that they are infact playing Burnley again, along with Watford. They didn't show up on my app due to them being TBC. I've edited my earlier post.

More hopeful with those two fixtures; but would you bet on them beating Burnley in a scrap? 8-)

Been going downhill since Ash left.

Slightly unrelated but what is the latest with Sigurdsson? ANything since this?

https://thesportsgrail.com/gylfi-sigurdsson-latest-news-player-allegedly-gets-bail-for-third-time-with-him-set-to-stay-out-of-jail-for-another-week/

There is a rumour that he is being set up by an "escort agency" who have been blackmailing players in the NW after 'services". He refused to pay up. Then the allegations.

Heard this from two different Evertonian sources.

Been relegated twice ( in the 1930's and 1950's )
Think Arsenal are longest continuous in the top division, but think Everton have spent most years in the top division ( as Arsenal were Woolwich Arsenal and South London originally ) ?

If you knows it you knows it :D

Arsenal became plain old Arsenal in 1919 and have been in the top flight ever since. Everton have had the most seasons in the top flight though.
