Arsenal havent been relegated since 1913

Arsenal joined the league, as Woolwich Arsenal, in 1893/94, 5 years after the first season. They started in the 2nd division and wasn't promoted to Division 1 until 1903/4. They were relegated again in the 1912/13 season and were playing second division when the war started in 1914/15.

After the was when the league restarted in 1920 they were in the 1st Division, even though they had ended up 5th in their last 2nd Division season in 1915.

They have stayed there since, so yes the longest in the 1st Division, but they have been in the League 5 years less than Everton and played 13 seasons in the 2nd Division compared to Everton's 4.
