I do enjoy a shashlik so that gets a thumbs up, it probably shades your effort of last week. Needs a naan though, especially for that bhaji sauce.

Rate your plate: a score of 9 (beats last week on a tie breaker).

I’ve had a few beers in the garden whilst MOT’ing the BBQ, so it’s a Scooby Doo burger for me.
Which BBQ do you have, Coops?

It was a genuine question, and I am being sincere, maybe I'm talking out of my ass, but if you go to a place previously and have a lovely dish, why would you change? Sure I have seen Dar raving the king prawn in the past, just wondering why he doesn't stick to it. I am really not in the mood for an argument, honestly it's a genuine question.

Edit: Umm, like painting by numbers by here, so I will try an say it again, you walk in a place, you love the meal, then next time you go back, you alter it? WTF would you do that, some people make mountains out of molehills.

Don't listen to Darran. It's a very good question and one I can relate to when it comes to Indian. The Sheesh Mahal in Llanelli does an absolutely banging chicken shakuti (made with tandoori chicken), which when you have it +1 on the spiceometer then it's in a world of its own. It is also top of their specials list which makes it virtually impossible to be drawn towards something else from the list.

Thanks Coops, I was thinking of it yesterday when Darren put the picture up, all through the weeks he has posted pictures of I think it was a king prawn curry, and said it was absolutely lush, so I was thinking wtf, would you alter that? Surely you would go back, and have the same again? That's just me though.

I love cheesy beans on toast but I don't eat it morning noon and night, same goes when eating out at my favourite restaurant/pub, if the food on the menu is of good quality I like to mix it up a bit when I visit. Perhaps Mr Prosser is of the same persuasion? Either way its nobody's business really is it 👍

What asking how he changes from something that is a so called lush meal, and then goes too something else? I think that's a perfectly good question.

I really don't give a shit, but let's have some transparency and honesty here. He could have just said, I like trying new stuff.

Yes your quite right, come on Dazzer let's have some transparency! Why are your eating habits so weird, Planet Swans needs to know 🤔

That depends on who and how many I am cooking for

I have an Outback Jupiter which comes out on special occasions, I spent enough on it to warrant storing it in the garage, only then to find that I can't be bothered to get it out for just a burger or hot dog. For day to day I have an Ultar which I bought from B&Q about ten years ago and it's still going strong; had to replace the vapour bars this year as they were shot, last year it was one of the burners and the battery terminal. It's a bit of a Trigger's broom. We use this multiple times a week between April and October. Rarely use charcoal, never have the patience for just a hot dog.

Darran drives a Bentley, so he's bound to have king prawn.
