My question, if you like something why do you change? I can see what you are saying about trying new stuff, for me though I would always go for the nicest? Too your palate preference.

:) Lol he's alrit, And I don't want to fall out with anyone, but my question is how can you go to an Indian Restaurant , proclaim that the king pr So questions needawn curry or whatever was nice, eat that according to the pictures, then change to something completely different?

Edit: Like if liked something, I would always order it again.. ?

I have an Outback Jupiter which comes out on special occasions, I spent enough on it to warrant storing it in the garage, only then to find that I can't be bothered to get it out for just a burger or hot dog. For day to day I have an Ultar which I bought from B&Q about ten years ago and it's still going strong; had to replace the vapour bars this year as they were shot, last year it was one of the burners and the battery terminal. It's a bit of a Trigger's broom. We use this multiple times a week between April and October. Rarely use charcoal, never have the patience for just a hot dog.

The sister in law has a Kamado Joe, by God it's good. My Aldi smoker BBQ is going strong after 3 years
 
I think part of the answer is, if you've had something that's really REALLY good, you don't want to subject yourself to the disappointment if you find that next time it's not up to scratch. A bit of a let down.
There's an English bar in Javea called the Lancashire Bruja. Bruja is Spanish for witch. Anyhow, they were advertising that their fish n' chips was the dogs bollucks. So feeling a bit of a yearning for a taste of the old country, one lunchtime I went in and ordered it. It was indeed the dogs bollucks. Lovely fresh fish straight from the port, beautifully battered, served with perfectly cooked chips and lovely mushy peas.
A couple of months later, I was passing again on a lunchtime and thought, I'll have some more of that top grub. This time the chips were average, the peas were OK but the fish was reminiscent of a couple of breaded frozen fillets straight out of Iceland Frozen Foods. You know, that slimy mealy texture of frozen fish, no body to it at all.
I was very disappointed. The moral is: never go back, it'll never be as good as the first time.
