• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

There was an episode of Saving Lives in Cardiff a few weeks ago where the surgeon cleaned out a fellas main artery in his heart.
What came out of it was astonishing.
I saw something similar a while back on tv, it looked like the surgeon was squeezing white glue out of a bicycle inatube.
Scary stuff.

Just like the bird eggs hiding In that mullet of yours then

I doubted I could ever cope without cereal for breakfast but a few years back I went on a health kick thing. No brekkies, just one black coffee. My bottom lip was out for sure.

(I'm an office worker so I guess refuelling isn't as important as if I had a physical job).

After two weeks of this I was sorted. I have breakfast as a weekend treat but that's the only time.

I lost over a stone in a couple of months, though I cut out bready lunches and switched to protein. But I'm boring myself now so I'll shush.

Cutting out or reducing your consumption of bread is critical for losing weight apparently, nothing worse by all accounts, beer also, liquid bread literally...

I’ve never tried Special K.

I thought it was only for girls?

That explains a lot then.

I will eat bread (in any form, slice, roll, stick, etc.) with pretty much every main meal. With the bread usually comes Lurpak.

Beer is another downfall, but whilst I have been good to cut it out Sunday to Thursday, I am catching up from as soon as feasibly possible on a Friday afternoon onwards.
