Crikey, if i ate that much for breakfast i wouldn't need anything for the rest of the day .

There was a Scottish fella on breakfast tv a few years ago saying he had smoked salmon on his porridge every morning.

Salt as a condiment to enhance chips, spot on. Salt for porridge, I'd question that one.

There was a Scottish fella on breakfast tv a few years ago saying he had smoked salmon on his porridge every morning.

That must be Hamish from Glencoe, who fights bears.

When i worked on the docks we had a welder from Morriston called Merlin ( yes that was his name) who would bring in a full roast every morning and eat it before his shift started at 7am.
Most days it would be a chicken dinner but always a sausage dinner on a Friday...

I don't do sugar, I do do ale and joes ice cream though and both are full of sugar
