• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

High praise coming in north of the border for the young man. It will certainly raise his profile.
Reading other fans in Scotland saying how they would like their team to go in for the RB(Lissah) given our RB woes really does open up some questions regards this lad with us next season.

If Key were to move in in the summer than Lissah competing with a new RB and offering CB back up is certainly on the cards.

Perhaps we should be looking to extend his contract even more.

From their fans :

"Swansea have a player on their hands. Never looked out of place this season even when up against internationals," said another.

"This guy is a different level, Swansea will be lucky to hold onto him for long," was the view of another Falkirk supporter.

Swansea fans too, appear to have taken note, with some calling on the youngster to be part of the first team set-up next season.

I posted years ago on my old account that I went to watch the U21s against Wigan.
All eyes were on Ogbeta, who many (including me) were calling to start.
He had an absolute stinker, Lissah however, the youngest in our team by quite a bit, was like watching a young Rio Ferdinand. He was head and shoulders above everyone.

After today’s revelations concerning Casey going back, and Santos failing a medical, May I humbly suggest those wanting Filip Lissah to continue his football education away at Falkirk reconsider.
Anyone that thinks we are clear of a relegation scrap, just has to look at the league table, and realise we are just 2 losses away from Norwich.
What would your opinion be if gawd forbid, we end up in the trap door to league One, partly due to lack of cover in defence?
Great for Lissah, with his rave reviews and his own personal development, plus his agent will be wetting himself counting his next percentage cut, but meanwhile we are missing out on a raising star.
