The Builders is a shit hole and attracts some right quims these days.

I went for a run last year and cut through the old Vetch to come back into town. Decided to cut through the little narrow lane that runs behind the Builders to head back into town via the Kingsway.

As I passed through there was some junkie/alkie just there, in broad daylight, having a shit. No shame at all, just taking a big dump right there and then. This was 11am on a Saturday morning btw.

Sums that area up these days tbh.

My mother in law (passed away sadly now) used to have a flat at Llys Y Vetch, overlooking the cage car park behind the old North Bank, me and the wife would visit her every day, more often than not having to see junkies jacking up.

Yeah that doesn't surprise me.

I'd say around there and the top of High St (Duke, Moon area) are probably the roughest parts of town these days.
