What's your thoughts on these two based on last night?

Late signings chucked in LW's masterplan formation...

Any potential?

Wasn’t overly impressed, Abbey reminded me of Guehi when he first joined I think he will come good.

Abbey looked confident with the ball at his feet but was a little behind the pace of the game. That will come with time and he will be helped by having a right sided centre half next to him under normal circumstances rather than a left footed centre half like when he was paired with Pedersen.

Bianchini showed that he definitely has pace to burn and some of his crosses curled in behind the defensive line were superb. Definitely offers us a good option on the right and if we can sort out our midfield problems he will cause damage in the Championship for sure.

Abbey looked excellent at bringing the ball out, and then looked terrible at bringing the ball out.
He may be ok, but he’ll make some howlers to get there.

FB was awful first of all, and then a couple of flashes, and one incredible piece of skill. Became our only threat but wasn’t much of a threat really. So too early to say.

They needed to be introduced in a settled gradual way.

No-ones mentioned Abbey's first half cross, when he somehow popped up with the ball on the left hand side of their penalty area; maybe he was up there after a corner, but he had two big defenders bearing down on him and pushing him away from goal. He got to the bye line ahead of them and whipped in an incredible dangerous cross even though his body was at the wrong angle, which our forwards failed to connect with. I remember thinking "Wow. Premiership class!".

yep, I saw that and thought how on earth a centre half can do that?

Wasn’t impressed with Bianchini, but let’s see. Pabs was awful first few games and he turned out ok. They all need a bit of time to settle.

Wycombe outplayed us. That matters. Maybe it will take time but that performance won't do anyone any good at all. Not to take away from Wycombe's performance. We are heading for L1.

Let's be honest, both were, on the whole, crap.

Now we could say they need to settle in, but plenty, plenty of players have good debuts (including ones without the benefit of playing against a depleted, mediocre side from the division below).

But these were not part of that sizeable contingent.

Both poor but difficult to assess when the whole team were diabolical

Eom ji sung struggled also but has looked good in the other games I’ve seen so don’t think it’s fair to make any assumptions on that game

If we speeded our game up going forward the space that Bianchini would have in front of him would be ideal. However due to the slowness of our attacks or getting the ball too him it was easy for Wycombe to double up on him when he had the ball

We've got to move the ball forward far quicker than we are.

Key needs to getting so close to his winger as well.

Some sign that they've met would be good; then watch some vids of Dyer and Rangel.
Someone needs to tell Key we play in white. The lad spends more time marking Ronald than he does the opposition.
