• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Aye, looks like he had a knee injury on 3rd October that was expected to keep him out for 2 months, but he next played 3 months later. After that, seems like he was an ever-present. Much prefer to see one injury that kept him out for a chunk of time rather than lots of injuries that add up to a lot of accumulated time out.

Doesn't seem like much of an injury history at all, hardly reason to label him injury-prone or to throw toys out of the pram that we're only signing perma-crocked players.

I think both of you may have missed the tongue in cheek element of the post ;)

No toys out of the pram here although not speaking for everyone :o

Wouldn't be the first time I've done that Phil. The majority on here are fine to be fair, but if you look elsewhere, we have fans who find the negative in everything and would complain if we signed Messi.

Messi is a bit short though, to be fair.

More than likely. I'll end up missing my own funeral when the time comes.

Not today, sat very comfortably on my sofa

One good thing about this signing is people can shut up about having no money
No one sold and still spending money on transfers

Don’t know much about this guy, but assuming he comes in and of Grimes stays, then that puts end to our Garner loan?

Not sure
At MK Martin played a 532 (or a 352 but with wing backs), with 3 center mids, Paterson played cam yesterday, but if you look at Twine for MKDons hes a cam who sits in and presses the ball when defending

 I'm also missing the first two home games of the season too

Bugger!! When I just saw your name pop up on this thread I thought another "scoop" was being revealed :(

Well, that is the first time I have told anyone I am missing the opening two games of the new season so I guess you could call it exclusive!
