I'll chuck in some of those travel sickness bands for your wrists

They don't work, I tried them all when I used to go fishing on the Charter Boats, had some horrendous days, I bought my own boat in the end and if it got to rough etc, I could go in closer to land or even go back to Marina

Here’s a very easy recipe for garlic butter pasta
Ingredients:
200 g pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt
Black pepper
Grated cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
2. While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the pan with the garlic butter.
5. Mix everything well and add salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese and parsley on top if you like.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Simple, quick, and ready in about 15 minutes.
