• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Interesting watch and some sad stories.

Not surprising that people try to take advantage of young footballers with lots of money but crazy how this company seemed to have so much influence on high profile PL footballers and managers.

Police said they were victims if financial abuse but lack of evidence to prosecute, seemed a bit off to me to say the least
Especially given the views of the plod who was head of fraud when the investigations started. Bank accounts set up the players knew nothing about and contracts forged, but apparently as soon as Mr Head of Fraud man moves on there’s no evidence? Pull the other one. Sounds like someone in a high place called in some favours.

Police investigating links between football agents in Sweden and organized crime. Just been on Swedish TV Evening News.
It’s inevitable. There’s an obscene amount of money floating around in the game. It’s bound to attract sharks.

Mine and my wife's view too. I've seen enough of the police lately to realise that it's nothing less than a closed shop that looks after it's own, instead of protecting this country's citizens. I suspect shenanigans have gone on higher up.
